Our Background
Prior to the formation of NLC, Sam Leveto was a development pioneer in the North Atlanta Area. At the hand of his own leadership he developed over 59 communities and over 3500 lots, primarily under the name Lifestyle Communities Inc. or Lifestyle Residential.
Another related Leveto family company was Rose Homes. Sam's brother Greg built single family detached homes as well as townhomes for several years before retiring.
Today, among LLCs, family partnerships, and other investment entities, these companies still look to work on new real estate related ventures. Our family work is lived on through National Land Corp and Hemlock Holdings LLC, owned by Shawn Leveto.
