Our Leadership History
Shawn Leveto
President
As President, Shawn Leveto understands the vertical integration process of real estate. He is a 3rd generation family member in the business, an Atlanta native, and a highly respected broker in the industry.
Shawn has an extensive background in site assessment, with years of experience in property development. He believes key relationships consist of land developers, builders, investors, banks, and end users interested in acquiring and disposing of real estate. His attention to detail and ability to employ specific marketing strategies rewards the clients he serves.
Sam Leveto
CEO of Lifestyle Communities
Sam Leveto began his career in 1965 as a mortgage broker. In 1969, he started his first real estate company, “S.L Leveto and Co.”, specializing in brokering land to residential development companies as well as other users.
In 1971, he moved on to form a residential development company of his own; Lifestyle Communities Inc.
Lifestyle Communities developed 59 communities in North Atlanta for a total of 3,536 residential lots (2,351 single family lots and 1,185 townhome / condo lots) and 2 office and mixed-use developments.
Today, his son Shawn is carrying out his life’s work as president of National Land Corporation.
